Already have your family link? Just open that instead.

This area is for the team admin — roster upload, live reports and exports.
With a check-in window set above, check-in opens and closes automatically. These buttons override the schedule whenever you need.
Separate from closing check-in: turning the meet off hides it completely — swimmers see "No active meet". Use it to end a meet without starting the next one yet.
Upload your committed-athletes export (.xls,
.xlsx or .csv). The app reads the
Athlete, Birth Date and
Roster columns.
A full spreadsheet of every swimmer with their status and notes.
Marks everyone who isn't swimming — both Not Attending and anyone who never checked in — as Full Scratch. In the Relay Builder, open the Swimmer Exclusions sidebar and click Import Check-In Scratches — it adds these on top of the exclusions you already set.
Run this after check-in has closed, so no-shows are counted.
Permanently deletes every check-in for the current meet. The roster is kept.
Upload the SportsEngine account / members export to create one private check-in link per family — each link shows only that family's own swimmers. Separate from the committed swimmers roster — you only re-upload this when families join or leave.
Fix a wrong name or a changed email without re-uploading — the family keeps the same link.
